Bremen, 22/03/2018: The Weserkurier and Bremen Cotton Exchange (Bremer Baumwollbörse) invited NGCL’s project coordinator Ronak Warasthe to attend the #sustain conference last week in Bremen. Through keynote speeches and discussions with representatives from politics, NGOs and trade, there was a lot to learn about concepts of sustainable agriculture, how the future might look and how all that involves the African continent. High profile speakers as the Chairman of the German-African Business Association, Dr. Stefan Liebing as well as H.E. the Rwandan Ambassador to Germany Igor Cesar gave insight into their vision of sustainable business opportunities on the African continent.
The conference was followed by the 34th International Cotton Conference in Bremen.
