Flensburg, 10/10/2021: From 22 to 24 November 2021, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is organising a virtual conference in the context of a project financed by the DAAD and universities from different countries including Germany. The project is funded as part of the “University-Business-Partnership Programme”.
Stefan Liebing, as Chairman of the German-African Business Association and as a member of the Centre for Business and Technology in Africa, will take part in the panel discussion at 10:30 a.m. on 23 November. Together with the other participants, he will address the question “How can projects contribute to increasing the employability of graduates in partner countries through entrepreneurial higher education (involving the industry)?”
The aim of the conference is to present the selected projects that have been or will be launched as part of the Special Initiative Training and Job Creation (2020 and 2021) but also to serve the networking of projects on the African continent. Another goal is to see what role German universities are playing or could play in supporting employability activities in the global south.
