Berlin, 15/12/2016: Prof Pfaffenberger represented the Centre for Business and Technology in Africa and the Flensburg University of Applied Science at the Federal Foreign Office in Berlin. The roundtable discussion was on the requirements and the concrete foundation of an East-African German University of Applied Science.
