Creating Knowledge – Federal Foreign Office considers to establish a German-East African university 

Berlin, 07/11/2016:  Prof. Dr. Kay Pfaffenberger was invited by the Federal Foreign Office to join a meeting concerning the implementation of an German-East African university. Lots of foundations and German corporations showed up and discussed first results of Dr. Andreas Görgen’s (Head of department for culture and communication) visit to Kenya.
