Flensburg, 18/11/2020: In view of the corona restrictions in Africa and the resulting millions of job losses, the German economy fears increasing instability on the neighboring continent. “We can be sure that this will lead to increased migratory pressure and that the stability of some states will also be threatened in the process,” warned Prof. Stefan Liebing, Chairman of the Afrika-Verein der deutschen Wirtschaft (AV), on Wednesday. German exports had shrunk by 26 percent in the first half of the year alone.
