Berlin, 15/05/2018: During the East-African Business Day in Berlin Professor Oliver Serfling (Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences) and Professor Kay Pfaffenberger (Flensburg University of Applied Sciences) represented the consortium for establishment of the University of Applied Sciences in East Africa. All participants showed great interest and the involvement of Germany was highly appreciated.
