Director of the NGCL is Panelist at Infrastructure Conference in Munich
Munich, 03/11/2015: Among many government officials and logistic experts from all over Africa as well as Germany, Logan Fransman (on the right), Acting Director of the Namibian-German Centre for Logistics in Windhoek, was invited as panelist to the 3rd German-African Infrastructure Forum in Munich last week. At the conference, he shared experiences and knowledge during a session on Transport and Logistics. Other topics at the conference were Africa’s progressive urbanization and its challenges for example concerning water management and security.
