Prof. Kay Pfaffenberger participated as \u201cTop of the Table\u201d scientific expert of Africa. His invitation underlined the increasing strategic relevance of the African continent in current German and European policy debates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Prof. Pfaffenberger and the Africa Center\u2019s work, the evening underlined the importance of academically grounded, practice-oriented dialogue that connects policy strategy, economic cooperation and long-term partnership thinking between Germany, Europe and Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the reception, Prof. Pfaffenberger had conversations on the future direction of German policy toward Africa.
