As in the previous year, Liebing is listed in the category of consulting\/business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The former Chairman of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.afrikaverein.de\/en\/\">German-African Business Association<\/a> is active with his consulting firm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conjuncta.com\/?lang=en\">Conjuncta GmbH<\/a> and several major projects in the field of renewable energies, including hydrogen and infrastructure projects in Angola and Mauritania. With his economic commitment, network, and expertise in African markets, Liebing continues to be one of the leading voices on issues of energy and investment cooperation with African partner countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the CBTA, this renewed award is also a sign that strategic knowledge transfer between science, business, and politics is having an impact.
