Berlin, 27\/08\/2024: On Thursday, Stefan Liebing interrupted his summer break to host a diner in honor of HE Lazarus Chakwera, the President of Malawi. The First Lady and senior officials of the Malawian government were also present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Chairman of the Advisory Board of the ReThinking Africa Foundation GmbH<\/a>, Liebing, together with the Managing Director Holger Bingmann and the aforementioned persons, discussed various investment projects. The ReThinking Africa business initiative is committed to changing perspectives on Africa and develops a variety of projects to support local development and create new jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the diner, Liebing also witnessed the signing of a EUR 70 million investment in solar energy between SunPower Development and the government of Malawi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There were also exchanges with the Vice Chancellor (Rector) of the University of Nzuzu. It was decided to discuss further activities of academic cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
