It is published in the Open Access Journal \u201cSustainability\u201d, in a special issue on \u201eSustainable Management of Supply and Consumption\u201d edited by Nelly Oelze, Marcus Brandenburg and &nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fh-westkueste.de\/hochschulprofil\/ansprechpartner\/professoreninnen-wirtschaft\/prof-dr-tim-gruchmann\/\" target=\"_blank\">Tim Gruchmann<\/a>&nbsp;from Westcoast University of Applied Sciences.
