E-Learning is used in many different ways and supports the regular face-to-face lessons. Some lecturers provide their learning materials online, involve students in an interactive online discussion, and use e-assessment, grading and assignment tools. One clear advantage \u00a0is the independence and flexibility it gives \u00a0to both lecturers and students as they can \u00a0\u00a0have access to the system anytime and anywhere as long as a stable internet connection is available. Students and lecturers got to know its \u00a0advantages \u00a0during the recent student protest &#8220;Fees must fall&#8221; as they could easily continue their studies even though the university&#8217;s regular operations were strongly limited due to the protests.
