The first part of the course was done as a face-to-face session in\u00a0Windhoek 14\/08-23\/08\/2014, where all theoretical aspects have been taught. The students are now busy with a project work to implement the theory into a practical environment.\u00a0The project aims at\u00a0enabling easy access to the essential key performance indicators in selected countries of sub-Saharan Africa and is a follow-up of the course held in Flensburg in 2013 and 2014.
